&lt;p&gt;As the primary physician for a rural population of over 7,500 individuals, I provided comprehensive primary, preventive, emergency, and chronic disease care:&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Comprehensive Outpatient Triage &amp;amp; Care:&lt;/strong&gt; Managed high-volume daily outpatient clinics, diagnosing and treating acute illnesses, infectious diseases, pediatric conditions, and geriatric syndromes.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Chronic Disease Registries:&lt;/strong&gt; Managed active clinical registries for hypertension, Type 2 diabetes, ischemic heart disease, and asthma, adjusting pharmacotherapy and lifestyle protocols to achieve target clinical benchmarks.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Maternal, Prenatal &amp;amp; Adolescent Health:&lt;/strong&gt; Conducted routine prenatal screenings, high-risk pregnancy monitoring, growth and development tracking, and pediatric immunization schedules.&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Mental &amp;amp; Behavioral Health Integration:&lt;/strong&gt; Provided primary psychiatric evaluation and pharmacological management for depression, anxiety, and stress disorders in underserved rural communities.&lt;/li&gt;

&lt;li&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Real-World Health Data Insights:&lt;/strong&gt; Navigated the operational challenges of EHR data entry, coding ambiguity, and clinical workflow friction in high-throughput settings. This frontline experience directly drives my current PhD research on &lt;strong&gt;trustworthy clinical AI, FHIR data segmentation, and evidence-grounded clinical decision support&lt;/strong&gt;.&lt;/li&gt;
