Teaching Philosophy
My teaching philosophy bridges clinical medicine, computational methods, and data literacy. Having trained as a physician (M.D.) and working in Biomedical Informatics (PhD), I focus on helping students understand both the technical mechanics of health data systems and their real-world impact on clinical workflows and patient care.

BMI 201: Introduction to Clinical Informatics

- Overview: Foundational course covering clinical data structures, electronic health record (EHR) architectures, clinical decision support (CDS) systems, and health data interoperability.
- Responsibilities:
